We want you to love your Glowforge. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your machine within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Initiate Request
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the unit back in its original box with all foam inserts and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA is clearly visible.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
