Lasers like your Glowforge require ventilation. All Glowforge printers come with a 4" (10 cm) diameter hose which allows you to use your Glowforge near a window. 

Our Performance Laser Filter upgrade lets you put your Glowforge anywhere. It sits on the ground near your Glowforge printer and cleans the air, allowing you to operate it anywhere in your home, school, or office!

 

Compatible with: Glowforge Pro HD, Glowforge Pro, Glowforge Plus HD, and Glowforge Plus, and the Glowforge Performance Laser Filter Cartridge.
